Job Description:

Job Qualifications and Requirements:
- Preferably residing in Makati area or nearby areas
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting
- Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Proficient in various software applications such as SAP, Microsoft Office tools
- Has excellent oral and written communication skills
Job Purpose:
- To assist in providing key, actionable and relevant information to Management
- To timely and periodically report, review, assess/evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing plans and forecast
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform financial forecasting, reporting, operational metrics/tracking, and consolidation of budgets and actual financial performance on a periodic basis
- Prepare and submit reports for the Company’s and its Parent / Affiliate companies on a periodic basis
- Analyze financial data and create financial models/solutions to support Company’s decisions for existing and upcoming
- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify risks/trends, and make recommendations for improvements
- Analyze and review costs, spend, feasibility and viability of existing and upcoming projects
- Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation computations/analysis
- Explore investment options and present risk and opportunities
- Coordinate with the CFO and the executive team on long-term financial planning
- Prepare and report on financial performance periodically for Executive and Management reviews and external parties, as necessary
- Prepare Investor and Analyst kits and related presentation materials, including providing of information necessary for Senior Management / Board / Committee meetings.
- Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
- Establish necessary financial policies
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and investment decisions

- Review bank reconciliation.

- Timely issuance of monthly billing to merchants
- Responsible for the collection of receivables
- Issue collection letters to delinquent merchants and implement sanctions, if necessary
- Attend to merchants’ issues and concerns
- Responsible in recording/posting of collections in SAP
- Ensure timely collection of creditable withholding tax from merchants including clearing in SAP
- Prepare collection reports, analyses of accounts, and monthly monitoring
- Ensure that all transactions are properly recorded including preparation of monthly closing entries and account schedules
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
- Preferably residing in Metro Manila
