The Pampanga Technopark in Mabalacat City became the place to be as it recently hosted an appreciation night, giving guests the opportunity to hear from AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC) about the vision, goals, and unique features of the newest Technopark.


The monumental event was marked with delicious starters and refreshments, paired with lively conversation to rouse guests for what lies ahead at Pampanga Technopark.

It gives us a warm indication that you share our excitement and trust in the potential and vision for our first master-planned industrial and commercial estate here in Central Luzon,” shares ALLHC President & Chief Executive Officer Mr. Robert S. Lao.


Joining Lao during the appreciation night were executives from ALLHC including Chief Operating Officer Mr. Patrick C. Avila, Chief Finance Officer Ms. Francis M. Montojo, Head of Industrial Parks and Real Estate Logistics Mr. Gabriel T. Sioson, and ALLHC subsidiary Unity Realty Development Corp. (URDC) Director Ms. Rowena M. Tomeldan.


Also in attendance were its partner-stakeholders from the Pampanga provincial and local government, Pampanga Board Member Ms. Mylyn Pineda Cayabyab, who was representing the Governor of the Province of Pampanga, Hon. Dennis G. Pineda, and Mabalacat City Mayor Hon. Crisostomo C. Garbo.


This celebration undoubtedly signified Pampanga Technopark as a prominent up-and-coming business and lifestyle destination in the Central Luzon region. The 270-hectare mixed-used development will be home to various establishments, including a 3,000-sqm agricultural and retail wholesale market or “bagsakan” of various local produce from Luzon.


Proper facilities will be provided to support the region’s agricultural supply chains. Set to be completed in the first half of 2024 are ALogis Mabalacat, an 8,000-sqm ready-built facility for lease, and the ALogis Artico Mabalacat cold storage which will offer 5,000 pallet positions, with temperatures ranging from 10°C to -20°C.


Apart from the industrial establishments, visitors and guests of Pampanga Technopark will also find shopping, dining, and recreational options for their enjoyment. Over 30 retail spaces, encompassing 2,000 sqm of gross leasable area, will be included in the development, housing a variety of restaurants and other retail and service establishments. Prospective investors looking for business opportunities in Pampanga can find available lots for commercial uses such as shops and outlets, medical centers, offices, co-working spaces, and business hotels.


On top of these features, the Pampanga Technopark will foster a green environment with native trees foreseen to add a picturesque backdrop to the township. These trees will also serve as protection from environmental stress and geohazards. To further strengthen the township’s disaster resiliency, there will be five detention ponds for rainwater absorption.


These sustainability features are further complemented by pedestrian-friendly sidewalks throughout the property to encourage pedestrian mobility, while public transport terminals will allow easy accessibility for in-city and regional routes. Meanwhile, open and green spaces, including a dedicated 1.2-hectare park area, will be available to allow people to enjoy the outdoors.

Pampanga Technopark is accessible through major road networks including the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX), Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX), and MacArthur Highway. Soon, adding to the convenience is a gas station for motorists. The Technopark will likewise benefit from the ongoing North-South Commuter Railway (NSCR) project, connecting the existing Tutuban (Manila) Station to Clark, Pampanga.
