AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC) launches the third phase of Cavite Technopark, its second industrial estate in the South, to address the growing demand for industrial real estate in Region IV-A or CALABARZON, the country’s primary industrial corridor.

Located in the municipality of Naic in Cavite, the Cavite Technopark was initially launched in 2015 with an area of 118 hectares. The estate now boasts a 166-hectare area spanning three phases.

Over the years, Cavite has shown great potential with the sustained growth of thriving businesses in the province. “Cavite Technopark aims to put Naic on the map as another key growth center in South Luzon. As the industrial estate develops, we not only pave the way for the rise of more light and medium, non-polluting enterprises, but also continue energizing environments and generating more employment opportunities for Caviteños,” explains Patrick C. Avila, ALLHC Head of Industrial Parks and Real Estate Logistics.

Cavite Technopark caters to both Philippine Economic Zone Authority or PEZA and non-PEZA registered companies. PEZA registered companies occupy Phase 1, while non-PEZA registered companies are in Phase 2. Phase 3 is dedicated solely to non-PEZA registered industrial locators. With land development works in Phase 3 underway, completion is targeted by the 2nd quarter of 2023. To help locators with the processing of their importation or exportation activities, there are on-site PEZA and Bureau of Customs offices.

More ongoing infrastructure projects are primed to boost Cavite Technopark’s accessibility and connectivity, such as the Cavite-Laguna Expressway (CALAX), the Manila-Cavite Expressway (CAVITEX) extension, the Cavite-Tagaytay-Batangas Expressway (CTBEX), and the Bataan-Cavite Interlink Bridge. Adding to the convenience is its close proximity to international gateways, being approximately 10 minutes away from the Cavite Gateway Terminal and an hour’s drive from the Sangley Airport.

Creating More Avenues for Development

In January 2021, ALLHC broke ground for the second phase of its ALogis Naic ready-built facilities within Cavite Technopark, which will add 16,000 sqm gross leasable area to the existing 13,000 sqm area of the first phase.

ALLHC aims to build its national footprint by expanding its industrial estate and warehouse leasing business in key areas across the country. This is alongside the promotion of countryside development and the generation of more opportunities for local workers and citizens. Each effort helps in making its Technoparks become widely known as the leading developer of dynamic industrial communities in the country.
