AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC), an Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) subsidiary, generated consolidated revenues of P1.6 billion and a net income of P339 million in the first six months of 2022.

AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC) acquired 55 hectares of land in Padre Garcia, Batangas, which is set for the development of the future Batangas Technopark.

AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp., a subsidiary of Ayala Land, Inc., and FLOW Holdings I Philippines Pte. Ltd., the vehicle of FLOW Digital Infrastructure, have signed a framework agreement to develop carrier-neutral data centers across the Philippines, subject to the terms and conditions as may be mutually agreed.

ALLHC's revenues rose by 7% to P3.99 billion, and net income grew by 11% to P780 million in 2021. The continuous demand for industrial lots and increased leasable areas boosted the company's overall performance.
