AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC) eyes further growth in the industrial real estate space through expansions of its cold storage assets.

AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC) acquired a ready-built facility last 4 February 2022. ALLHC will assume ownership of the existing operating facility and will fall under ALLHC’s warehouse leasing brand, ALogis.

ALLHC recently sealed a deal with Newbie Station Logistic Inc., granting the latter a 13,000 sqm of gross leasable area of ready-built facilities at the ALogis Biñan 4 warehouse hub at Laguna Technopark.

AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC) posted consolidated net income of P402 million for the first nine months of the year, an increase of 117% compared to the same period last year.
